A booking with Mathew Media is confirmed once a session is scheduled and a confirmation is received via email, phone, or booking system.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the booking date to secure the session. The remaining 50% balance is due before delivery of final high-resolution images or other media.
Travel fees apply at $0.99 per km, including travel time and fuel. Properties outside a 40 km radius from Upper Coomera will incur additional travel fees.
The client is responsible for selecting the package most suitable for the property prior to the shoot. If a larger package (e.g., 25 photos) is chosen but the property only requires fewer images, the remaining images will not be credited, carried over, or refunded. Packages are designed to suit property size and layout.
All sales are final no refunds are available.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may be permitted at the discretion of Mathew Media.
If a client is unavailable or delays access for more than 15 minutes without prior notice, Mathew Media reserves the right to reschedule and may charge additional fees.
Properties must be clean, decluttered, and photo-ready at the scheduled time.
Mathew Media does not provide cleaning or staging services.
Shoes will be worn in the property for health and safety compliance.
Standard delivery of edited images is within 24–48 business hours after the shoot.
Rush or same-day delivery for an additional fee of $100, subject to availability.
Mathew Media retains full copyright ownership of all images and media produced.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images solely for marketing the specific property photographed.
Images may not be altered, resold, redistributed, or used for other properties or purposes without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action and/or additional fees.
Standard editing includes colour correction, exposure adjustments, and minor enhancements.
Advanced edits (object removal, virtual staging, etc.) are available for an additional fee.
Revisions requested after delivery due to changes at the property may be billed separately.
Mathew Media is not liable for missed deadlines, delays, or issues arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, illness, traffic, or access problems.
The client is responsible for ensuring the photographer has access to the property at the agreed time.
Delays or lack of access may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
Mathew Media reserves the right to use images and media for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client data collected during the booking process will be used only for service delivery and communication.
Personal information will be stored securely and not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Mathew Media is liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
A Google Drive link will be sent to the client after the full invoice has been received. The client will have seven days to download the media. This is a reasonable timeframe for the client to download the media after the link has been sent. All media will be deleted, including the link, which will become unusable.
By booking a session with Mathew Media, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
